Artwork Requirements
For best results, please send vector artwork or a high-resolution black-and-white PNG. If usable vector artwork is not provided, a vectorization fee may apply. Contact us if you need help preparing your file.
Note on cut shape: If your file does not include a cut line or clear patch shape, we will die-cut around the artwork by default. Leave a note with your order if you need a different shape.
Patch Sizing
Maximum cut size is 2.5" high or 3.3" wide (whichever dimension is greater).
Material & Adhesive
These are laser-engraved patches on Lonestar Adhesive leatherette (not full-color). Some leatherette colors engrave with different contrast, so please review the available color options shown in the product images.
We keep all standard colors in stock. If you do not specify a color, patches will be engraved on Heritage Rawhide.
Each patch comes with Lonestar Adhesive Durra-Bull heat-activated adhesive already applied to the back, ready for pressing onto hats and other compatible items.
Bulk Pricing
Bulk pricing is applied per design. For mixed designs, add each design to the cart separately so the correct quantity pricing is calculated.
Availability
Large quantities of certain leatherette colors may experience a short 2–4 day delay if that specific color is temporarily out of stock.
